The Founder

My Name is Simon Niessing. I've started Niessing Management after almost 20 years of working in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.

As an Executive Manager who worked in different sized Companies and various Industries across the Globe, I was able to understand the importance of a practical and holistic approach to Supplier Management.​

Combining my Experience in Procurement with my knowledge as an certified Process Auditor (VDA 6.3) and years of hands on Supply Chain Operations, I like to refer to this as the

'Trifecta of Supplier Management'.

Because only if you can combine the often conflicted Goals of Procurement, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality, you can achieve sustainable success.  I work with a Team of Professionals in my Network like Legal Counsels, Operation Directors and SAP Consultants to help small and medium sized companies taking their supplier management to the next Level. ​As I've seen many external Consultants providing theoretical standards that often times make life harder and bring no visible difference, I thrive as an independent professional to

'get the job done'.
